I am disappointed thus far. Received the car, brand new, with some issues/damage. No resolution yet. While there has been limited communication, it's certainly lacking. On 12/20/24 I found that I had MULTIPLE items STOLEN from my vehicle. BILL from Security Dodge told me he would revise the cameras for my items and respond to me by Monday 12/23/24. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL B my vehicle. BILL from Security Dodge told me he would revise the cameras for my items and respond to me by Monday 12/23/24. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I called Security Dodge myself to get feedback on my unfortunate situation. In response I was told with a NASTY ATTITUDE by a woman named CHRISTINE, that "The cameras were reviewed and they didn't see anything" and "to do what I had to do". She was NOT the person in charge of looking at my INCIDENT. HER acting ANNOYED in her response was uncalled for being that the last time I talked to her was 3 DAYS prior on the day of the ISSUE. I have been very patient and gave time to Dodge representatives to assist me. BILL and CHRISTINE or POOR examples of customer service and are ACCOMPLICES to the ROBBERY of the items in my vehicle on 12/20/24 base of their INSUFFICIENT and NEGLIGENT response to a incident at their service location. This place is HORRIBLE. I dropped my car off for the infotainment center to be reprogrammed after a battery swap due to a factory issue. My jump cables, phone charger , car battery charging pack, and my tire pump where all STOLEN that's right STOLEN. Completely missing from my trunk and from inside my car. I was told that no one went into my trunk. My car was only supposed to stay OVERNIGHT and ended up staying 3 DAYS for the issue at hand, and the infotainment center was not even set up the way it originally was. I PAID SECURITY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM over 300 dollars to just to get my VEHICLE RANSACKED AND ROBBED and not to completely fix the issue with my vehicle. THIS IS HOW THEY LOVE TO DO BUISNESS. More
Bought my new 2023 Dodge Ram pick up in November of 2023. After having to deal with the service department about an oil change I knew what to expect when I brought my truck in for service. I knew from the sound the truck was making that the drivers side front axle was the issue. I brought the truck in this morning at 8am. The woman I spoke to explained that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose and probably a few more days to repair. They had no “courtesy cars” so I would have to rent a car that “might” be reimbursed by the manufacturer. So I’m looking at realistically a minimum of 7 days without my 7 month old $60,000 truck. When I said that was unacceptable another lady by the name of Diana ONeil spoke to me. She said there was nothing else they could do for me. When I said it would be cheaper to bring it to ANY mechanic who could do it in ONE day she said “Go ahead bring it to a mechanic, they all know us anyway”. So as I’m leaving she starts waving and saying something. So I stop and turn around and say I spent $60k on a vehicle and you’re giving me lip? What kind of service is that? I spent an extra 8 thousand on a warranty that is useless. Unless I rent a car for at least a week which would cost at least $1500 it’s cheaper just to bring the truck to a local mechanic. When they say “Come get some” they mean a royal screwing from their service department. Nasty and demeaning. DO NOT SHOP AT SECURITY DODGE IN AMITYVILLE!!! Their customer service is atrocious and they DO NOT stand behind their vehicles. More
I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE STAFF FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. TAMEKO MAXWELL WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE GOT ME IN AND OUT WITH WARRANTY REPAIR ON MY 2020 DODGE DURANGO. I have communicated to them I have no way to get my kids to school or work and there’s zero regard to situation. I will never buy a Chrysler again and if I do it will definitely not be from here.
