The staff at Security Dodge/Jeep was great. They were in tune to what I was looking for and the price I was looking to spend. I walked into Security the Saturday afternoon after the I walked into Security the Saturday afternoon after the snowstorm (Feb 2013). Although the doors were open they were not technically open for busine I walked into Security the Saturday afternoon after the snowstorm (Feb 2013). Although the doors were open they were not technically open for business because the small staff they had on hand were digging the cars out of the lot.. We offered to come back but they generously offered to call someone in to help us. Andrew was great. Personable and helpful. Never once made us feel as though we were a burden car shopping on a day after the storm. We dealt with Andrew over the next few days and it was by far the most pleasurable car shopping experience we have had to date. The entire staff was wonderful. From making the deal work to picking up our Jeep a few hours later. Great job guys! More

I just recently bought my new jeep grand Cherokee from security dodge and I love my truck. On the other hand I am less then pleased with our salesman Andrew. He was nice at first but his cocky attitude wa security dodge and I love my truck. On the other hand I am less then pleased with our salesman Andrew. He was nice at first but his cocky attitude was a little to much for me and my wife. He talks about all the other things besides the truck we are buying. I asked him when we can pick up the truck his quote was well I'm friends with the owners so I make my own schedule. Why do we need to know this? This guy needs a reality check. Go and buy you truck there stay away from him. More

Went to check out the town and country mini van after owning a honda mini van to see if it was better and the deal would be better. Met with Mike Grimaldi to go over pricing and features of van with ver owning a honda mini van to see if it was better and the deal would be better. He understood and respected our wishes by skipping the long sales pitch and getting to the point.IWe told him what we wanted in the van and how much we wanted to spend. He came back with a great deal which turned out to be a lower price than expected and the van was loaded! He couldnt have been nicer and more understanding.
