Went to check out the town and country mini van after owning a honda mini van to see if it was better and the deal would be better. Met with Mike Grimaldi to go over pricing and features of van with very little time. He understood and respected our wishes by skipping the long sales pitch and getting to the point.IWe told him what we wanted in the van and how much we wanted to spend. He came back with a great deal which turned out to be a lower price than expected and the van was loaded! He couldnt have been nicer and more understanding. I would recommend anyone looking for a chrysler/dodge/jeep vehicle to go see him.Thanks for a stress free easy deal Mike. More

First time buying a brand new car, been to a few dealerships and always left because the sales associate always made me feel pressured. Working with Kristen was such a pleasure. She was very patient dealerships and always left because the sales associate always made me feel pressured. Working with Kristen was such a pleasure. She was very patient with me and my fears of buying brand new. She made me feel at ease and that she was going to do her best to take care of me in any way! I went to security dodge at the end of December with my friend to purchase a new car. We walked in and was very impressed with the store. Was greeted by a girl at the door who then introduced me to a sales friend to purchase a new car. We walked in and was very impressed with the store. Was greeted by a girl at the door who then introduced me to a salesman named ANDREW. After sitting down to discuss the deal on the car Andrew could not be bothered with neg the car. We had gone to another dealer a had numbers. He went back and forth with his manager came back with numbers that we felt where wrong. He started to become rude and told me that my offer was an insult and that my offer will not be accepted. So I ask him will you just ask he demanded a credit card and walked away livid.I decided to go for a walk and went towards the car my friend was looking at to my surprise Andrew was having a full blown fight with his manager. In a few minutes a young man named John came over and defused the situation. We learned that the rebates would end that night so we had no choice and decided to take the car. So while the paper work was being gone I happened to overhear Andrew telling other people what he thought of us . I will bleep that part out. I can't believe what I saw and heard. Funny how one guy can ruin what was supposed to be fun for my friend! More

My overall experience at Security was very positive. The main reason for that was the salesperson Kristen Cox. Kristen was not only a pleasure to deal with she was incredible knowledgeable and easy to wo main reason for that was the salesperson Kristen Cox. Kristen was not only a pleasure to deal with she was incredible knowledgeable and easy to work with thu the whole process. Unlike many sales people who only are concerned about the "sales" of the vehicle and the commissions that may follow, Kristen was never pushy and was interested in what I was looking for. I never had to deal with anyone else which was a huge plus as she handled the process from the first time I met her through the pick up of the Jeep. Additionaly she has followed up to make sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend asking for Kristen and going to Security for your next vehicle. More

car has been in for service multiple times for the same problem. When I purchased the car, the dealership used a sales pitch that stated that they have free loaner cars. However, they always give you a har problem. When I purchased the car, the dealership used a sales pitch that stated that they have free loaner cars. However, they always give you a hard time getting a loaner and the last few times, they have stated that there is a 3 week waiting list for loaners. The elderly owner seems dislike giving out loaner cars. More

I am 56 years old. This is the 23rd new car/SUV I have purchased/leased in my 56 years. In all my years acquiring new vehicles from various tri-state dealerships, I have never encountered a dealership as purchased/leased in my 56 years. In all my years acquiring new vehicles from various tri-state dealerships, I have never encountered a dealership as amazing as Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. From the professionalism and expertise of the dealership personnel to the fabulous showroom and cleanliness of the entire premises, I can't believe a dealership such as Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram even exists. This is a top-of-the-line operation and don't believe any of the negative reviews you read on this site because there must be underlying issues that the negative reviewers are not disclosing. Bottom line, Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram delivered my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited exactly as I specked it out and prepped it perfectly for delivery. Relating to the acquisition of my Wrangler, Kevin Egan (Sales Representative) was extremely knowledgeable and professioanl relating to all aspects of this transaction. Additionally, Richard DeMott (Finance Manager) facilitated the financing of this acquisition without any stress whatsoever and completed the transaction in record time with no mistakes.
