This is my third time purchasing a new car (first time Jeep wrangler) and I can honestly say that the experience I had at Security Dodge was by far the BEST! My salesperson Kristen Cox was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had; and I had many. I have often found it uncomfortable dealing with salespeople in the past and this was definitely NOT the case with Ms. Cox. She was extremely friendly and easy going which made the whole process completely stress free. She was insightful enough to listen to my needs as a customer and show me a different model of the Jeep wrangler unlimited than what I was offered at two separate dealerships. This model best suited my needs and desires in this vehicle. As far as price, she was able to get me such a good deal that she beat the other two dealerships hands down. Rich DeMott the finance manager was equally helpful and personable and got me a great deal on financing. When I went to pickup the new Jeep and trade in my old car Kristen was able to get me in and out in almost no time at all. The new Jeep looked like a million bucks when they handed me the keys. I cannot speak more highly about this dealership and its staff. When the time comes to get my next car I will definitely being heading back to Security Dodge. More
