Found it strange that customers waiting for service had to pay for coffee/tea. I cannot believe the dealership has to charge for this. We pay enough for cars/trucks/suvs & to have them serviced at the deal to pay for coffee/tea. I cannot believe the dealership has to charge for this. We pay enough for cars/trucks/suvs & to have them serviced at the dealer and then to be charged for a beverage, is insulting. More
2/19/11-8:30 AM-visited parts dept to get new license plate holder for front plate (old one was cracked by someone backing into it). Was quoted price of $23 & would have to be gotten from warehouse for M plate holder for front plate (old one was cracked by someone backing into it). Was quoted price of $23 & would have to be gotten from warehouse for Monday delivery. Gave rep (young thin guy) my phone #-said he would call when ready. 2/23/11-no call received. Called parts dept-said part was in & that they had called. I have answering machine & there was no message nor any call when someone was home. 2/24/11-my son brought car in at 12:55 PM. Work wasn't completed until 3 PM. Bill was $46.81 (part #4806019-AC). Why was part twice the quoted price? There was no labor cost listed. Why did it take two hours to install a simple holder? If the shop was really busy, why didn't the Service Mgr let him know? There's a definite lack of communication & a concern about prices. I'm not happy that a simple task got messed up. I hesitate to engage in any involved costly work in the future. Let me know your opinion. I'm interested in your input. Thanks. More
I previously had a horrible experience at Herbie Dodge and the service and people here at Security were 10xs friendlier, and I had a better overall experience and would recommend to friends. I'm sorry, I don't always remember names, but I never had a problem. I also enjoy looking at the new vehicles while I'm there and also relax while watching your television. I came in for an oil change and to install uconnect into my Wrangler. I first dealt with John, but Danny came in to introduce himself and helped out along the way as well. Both gentlemen were pleasent to wo my Wrangler. I first dealt with John, but Danny came in to introduce himself and helped out along the way as well. Both gentlemen were pleasent to work with. The whole process within itself took very little time. They explained what they did and helped me use my new product after everything was said and done. More

Please beware. I would NEVER want anyone to go through this. I was a returning customer from 10 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with a lovely salesman then. He was honest and true to his word. this. I was a returning customer from 10 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with a lovely salesman then. He was honest and true to his word. Knowing that US cars are in trouble, I went back. Big boo boo. The contract was switched on me, and they took the original binder (For 18,000 and change , 2000 down making it 16,000 and change remaining..it's now at 19 and change) when I was signing papers. Tons of papers thrown in front of me. In their paperwork they gave me papers I did not sign, and had to be carboned or autopenned. Papers I had never seen, like extended contracts etc. I had to give the binder to the guy writing up the bank papers because he said he needed it for the Vin number and he Never gave it back. He gave me lots of papers but viola! no binder! How do I know he took it? They WON'T give me a copy of the original binder because they know the correct price is on it. They lied to Dodge Headquarters. They said they gave me the binder. Nope, no binder. Probably in the trash by now. The sales woman had first brought me a much higher priced binder which I sent back. She seemed annoyed that I spotted it. The second one was OK. But nope, they won't give it to me. Dodge is trying now, in all fairness to them, to open up a case on these predators. So, this week I got my first bank payment...and that's how I found out this nasty surprise. I saw the payments 30 bucks higher a month! To the tune of 3 Grand more. The bank can't help, and guess who has to iron this out. The Attny.Gen's office has been notified. Hopefully, they can spare any future victims from this heartbreak. I don't know how they can go home at night and look their kids in the eye. The true Amityville Horror.
