I submitted an email to the general mailbox and received a call back from Kace within minutes. She was polite, curious, able to understand and listen to my challenges. During the conversation she gathered all my concerns, as well as some affecting their business operations and assured to get back to me with 20 mins. Low and behold, within the 20 mins I received a call back from her with all my concerns with proper answers and a time-frame to which I felt comfortable with. In the end, it's important that when you purchase a used-certified vehicle, your the customer who's spending time and money.
