Francois was very good to me not trying to force me to buy something. He actually help me get a better deal and walk away with a brand new car out of the show room. Anthony Mecca the finance manager was great he got me a good deal and he kept his word. I told him I will pick up the car on friday and please have all the paper work ready as it was my daughters birthday. He had all the papers ready for me to sign I was in and out in less than 1 hour that was amazing. I would buy a car from them again. More

Car was dirty, Finance Guy tried to extort a huge premium to register the car $750 versus $75 on invoice, 5 weeks later my car is still not registered and I am still owed a second remote. Everyone is polite and nice, that is the only positive I can say so far. Make sure that you mentally prepare to deal with this business. I keep asking for a manager to call me but they either don't care or may be afraid to talk to me! My sales guy seemed afraid of his managers and seemed so impotent. More

Rough at First. At this Dealership, you really need to pick out who is going to be your Sales person. I had two Sales people completely blow the sale. I will keep both of their names out of this because they could be the right sales representative for you. I walked in told the first sales clerk that I am looking to be in the mid 300’s per month with “Sign and Drive” (First payment, taxes, DMV fees, etc.) I started with one person, handed off to another salesperson. I knew more about the Jeep then the two of them, yet they mocked me on how I called the Sahara a Sierra. Where I work, we use the Phonetic Alphabet where the letter S means Sierra. Then the second sales representative overpriced me on the Jeep Unlimited Wrangler Sport S by 200 dollars. He thought that 512.00 per month with 2000 down on a base Unlimited would work. I do not understand how mid 300’s turns into over 500. Do you think I want to sit down and say “I want this price” and he will walk away and talk to someone, come back with a lower price… going back and forth…. back and forth getting the price lower and lower until we get to the mid 300’s. I told him from the beginning. I want, this, this and that. If you cannot do it, I do not want to waste anymore of your time and I will try next month. I am so not, into “You are my hero. You talked that evil little price down for me”. I told him that www.Jeep.com is well under that price that you are offering. That is a finance price, not a lease price. You insulted me in front of my Wife and son. I continued to ask him if he understood that I have extensively investigated this vehicle for years. He decided to call me out, puts me in front of a computer, only to find out that I am correct. I came back a week later after getting a better price at another place. I was unwavering on letting these two know that they were off by 200 dollars and I arose to call them out on it for a second time. I came with the other paperwork from the other dealership in hand. Neither of these two was working. I started to deal with two other individuals that were extremely too motivated on getting my transaction THAT day or no deal. Hate that too. Came back another week later, after dealing with Westbury, where I only felt like a number to them. Met “Uncle” Steve and hit it off. Very direct and gives it to you straight. More

The entire process was so simple I ended up leasing a new jeep 2 weeks later from them again...primarily because of Jon Livesey. I have purchased several new cars in my life time but never had such an enjoyable stress free experience. We weren't even sure if we wanted to lease or buy but Jon our salesperson made the decision very easy for us. He was knowledge, friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. So many other dealerships made us feel uncomfortable and dragged out the negotiating process for hours. Jon didn't play games, he became more of a friend and helped us to the very end. I will definitely refer this dealership to everyone I know. Everyone there seemed great but if you shopping there, ask for Jon L :). THANK YOU!!! More

He listened to everything I had to say and then greatly educated me about everything I needed to know. After test driving a few Jeeps, I fell in love with the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Michael in finance was able to get me a loan, even with my bad credit! What an amazing truck! I've had this truck for 2 days and get stopped at every light and corner asking me about my truck. They made a stressful car buying situation for me, very easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be referring everyone to this dealer! More
