First Dodge experience, ok I guess!! My wife and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel on Labor Day weekend at Security Dodge. Our weekend started on Saturday when we test drove a Lim My wife and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel on Labor Day weekend at Security Dodge. Our weekend started on Saturday when we test drove a Limited and loved the truck. We made an appointment to drive the Citadel on the following day. That Sunday we waited over an hour to see a salesman. Granted it was busy being Labor Day weekend but I feel that was excessive being we had an appointment. After being shuffled around we were hand off to Jonathan who was very nice and ended up selling us the Citadel. The two major issues I feel ruined my outlook on the dealership was; after spending about $50,000 on a new vehicle they told us that they are only allowed to put $20.00 worth of gas in an empty truck. Then we are told that the best finance rate we can get with an outstanding credit score was 3.99% because we are buying a Durango and not a Dart. I found that its odd that the vehicle you buy determines your interest rate and not your credit score! More

Love Love my new truck I have been looking for a family SUV for two months I went from dealership to dealership and everything I liked I couldn't afford. I had finally found a truck that I could afford but it definitely didn't wow me. my girlfriend knew this and referred me to security Dodge. She had purchased a car from this dealership and I actually remembered my husband also did. we went in and we started looking at Jeeps they're beautiful but that's what I had and I wanted something different. We were waiting for the salesman and we were looking on the floor at all the trucks and we came across this Dodge Durango it was all white and just gorgeous. I happen to like trucks that have big tires but have class and this one was beautiful inside, it was a six passenger with captain seats. I had joked with my girlfriend okay now I found the car of my dreams but I can't afford it. Jon L came over and introduced himself we looked at a couple of different vehicles, took a jeep for a ride and came back in the show room. I went over to the Dodge Durango and said now this is what I want. well somehow he made it work and I walked out with that vehicle. I haven't stopped smiling since. Two days later my girlfriend called me. I haven't spoken to her in a while and I told her about the truck that I bought and how excited I was and she was joking hey how could you afford that I wanted one and I couldn't get one. She had gone to another dealership. I brought her down to Jon and she walked out with one too. This is absolutely a true story. I had an awesome experience and my girlfriend had an awesome experience and we both have gorgeous vehicles I highly recommend this dealership.
