We made an appointment to see a used car that was 'missing' from the lot, because a salesperson took the car home as his/her personal ride! Watch out for dealership's mileage. Mr. Cruzs and Mr. Smith were very knowledgable and professionaly during the entire experience. There was no games and I was offered and closed on a deal (for both a new purchase and trade-in). They wa professionaly during the entire experience. There was no games and I was offered and closed on a deal (for both a new purchase and trade-in). They walked me through available car options, incentives, trade in values, financings, and operatability. The entire process was handled efficiently and I breezed through the process. To top things off - I was given the white glove service of having Mr. Smith delivering my car due to "family logistical issues". I cannot see why anyone would choose an different dealership. I came here looking to purchase a ram and the sales person was more then accommodating. Once I dealt with the finance manager, everything had changed. I specifically asked that my wife's credit was n person was more then accommodating. Once I dealt with the finance manager, everything had changed. I specifically asked that my wife's credit was not hit multiple times, and he reassured me that wouldn't happen. This was on a Friday. On Monday, there were a total of 7 hard credit hits on my wife's name. When asked why he hit her credit so many times, he denied everything and said " what do you want me to do?" throughout the process, I began to notice how shady and irresponsible their business practices were (not returning phone calls, etc.). Nevertheless, we decided not to purchase a car from the dealership. More

Kyle in finance was excellent, professional and knows the business. His assistant Jackie is probably one of the hardest working people in the dealership and the epitome of multi-tasking business. Came in on Saturday September 7th to look at/purchase a 2014 2dr wrangler sahara. I came in after a party so I was wearing a shirt and tie and nice dress pants. I was approached pretty quickly by a sales 2014 2dr wrangler sahara. I came in after a party so I was wearing a shirt and tie and nice dress pants. I was approached pretty quickly by a sales manager who directed me to a salesperson named John who isn't currently listed above in the check boxes. At first impression John seemed a little cocky and smug but that really wasn't true at all. He seemed to be very customer oriented and wanted to sell me a car. After being given the runaround that there was one on the lot for me to look at / test drive, turned out there wasn't one on the lot at all,(my salesman knew that, the manager, who I checked off above, was the one who insisted it was there) as a matter of fact they wanted me to drive about an hour away to test drive one (that didn't happen) I've been building and pricing jeeps for about 6 months now and I'm very familiar with prices and options. We built one and they came up with a price for me pretty relative to the one I normally price out online. The hour or two I spent at the dealership that day was very encouraging except for this, John stated to me he works every day because if he isn't at the dealership he isn't making any money. I left that day so I could go somewhere else and test drive a 2dr sahara jeep before buying. I ended up driving a 2 dr sport at another dealership. Cut to today, Monday September 9th 2013. I entered the dealership today in shorts and a T-shirt, my normal attire when I'm off from work and wasn't approached by anyone for 20 minutes. The same sales manager that desperately wanted my business on Saturday was walking right past me like I was invisible. Finally a salesman emerged from the glass enclosed sales office (they saw me staring at the wrangler in the showroom which happens to be RIGHT outside the sales office) and asked me if I was being helped. I should have gotten his name because boy was he a DOPE. I mentioned to him my previous trip to his dealership as well as a different jeep dealership in the area that very morning and the price they were giving me for the jeep I wanted (only 1% below invoice so in actuality very close to MSRP) and he was astonished,The conversation went as follows him: "That's a $38,000 car" me: "No, it's $31,805" him: "no it's not that's just not true" me: "thats what it is on the jeep website" him: "no, it's not, that's the internet" me:"so you guys don't sell jeeps based on the jeep website?" That banter went on for a bit until I think he realized it wasn't a $38,000 car, then came back with a list of 2 jeeps in the area for $35,000 and I told him no, I wanted to build and price my jeep and not pay for things I don't want in the jeep at which point he told me that they could put sahara tires on a sport and sell me that otherwise they don't special order jeeps and shook my hand and walked away. I wonder if my attire had anything to do with it...I'm gonna go with yes. I look about 10 years younger than I am. Don't judge a book by it's cover. I hate to say it but I believe the initial salesman who ended up being very good lost his sale because of the sales manager I checked off and the other salesmen I saw today. I really should have gotten his name. I then went to their website and they have an option to "instant message" a sales associate. I told her about my experience today and just really wanted to know if they special ordered jeeps or not, she didn't know and (should probably be common knowledge to sales staff?) after much prodding she got my name and number out of me and told me the manager wanted to talk to me. That was 2 hours ago, so I decided the best use of my time while waiting for a "phone call from the manager" which I highly doubt is coming, would be to right my review of the place thus far. More
