Service Dept is Horrible This is overall an ok dealership, but follow up of Service Department is horrible. My first experience was they needed to order a part. 3 weeks went This is overall an ok dealership, but follow up of Service Department is horrible. My first experience was they needed to order a part. 3 weeks went by and no follow up whether or not they received the part. I called and found out the parts dept received 2 weeks go and never notified the service dept. Then I brought my car in on 1/6 for engine issue. Called this morning at 8:40AM. Told by Dennis that tech was looking at it and would call me back in a few. Never called me back and still no update. Seems like you have to be overly persistant to get answers etc. More

GOT MY FIRST NEW CAR FROM HERE ;-) I had a great time here after going to do many other dealerships who always wanted me to give them $3000 for a down payment I didn't have that mush yo I had a great time here after going to do many other dealerships who always wanted me to give them $3000 for a down payment I didn't have that mush yo put down and I was driving a 98 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0 with 286,000 miles on her and I needed car to get to work and pick my daughter up from school without being scared that old jeep my break down again so I came over here after three or four other dealer and they where they only place that got me a deal my credit ain't the best but I do work full time and I make good money almost 60k a year I walked out the same day on a 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye 2.0 pitch black very nice sexy car and I'm definitely coming back as soon as I get my income tax I'm coming back for the 2015 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk what the V6 and let them work their magic again for me with the banks I can't remember the ladies name but she sits in the back right across the window from the parts department short hair very pretty she talked to the bank and she got me the deal this is why I'm also coming over there because whatever they did they did when nobody else can do thumbs up More
