I've been a Ford guy for many years. I've shopped around to different car manufactures and decided to buy a Jeep. A friend recommended Security Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. I've met with Amber and it was a nice experience dealing with her. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interest in leasing and gave me an amazing deal that I couldn't turn down. I was impressed with her dedication to make sure I was happy with my lease and that delivery went without any issues to the point of my crazy work schedule that she stayed overtime so I could pick up the truck after 5pm. I would recommend her highly and after my lease is up, I intend on coming back to her and Security Jeep to lease another vehicle. More

Mr. Cruzs and Mr. Smith were very knowledgable and professionaly during the entire experience. There was no games and I was offered and closed on a deal (for both a new purchase and trade-in). They walked me through available car options, incentives, trade in values, financings, and operatability. The entire process was handled efficiently and I breezed through the process. To top things off - I was given the white glove service of having Mr. Smith delivering my car due to "family logistical issues". I cannot see why anyone would choose an different dealership. I came here looking to purchase a ram and the sales person was more then accommodating. Once I dealt with the finance manager, everything had changed. I specifically asked that my wife's credit was n person was more then accommodating. Once I dealt with the finance manager, everything had changed. I specifically asked that my wife's credit was not hit multiple times, and he reassured me that wouldn't happen. This was on a Friday. On Monday, there were a total of 7 hard credit hits on my wife's name. When asked why he hit her credit so many times, he denied everything and said " what do you want me to do?" throughout the process, I began to notice how shady and irresponsible their business practices were (not returning phone calls, etc.). Nevertheless, we decided not to purchase a car from the dealership. More
