As always, Kace was receptive, honest, quick to respond to any of my many questions and most importantly, delivered the exact product agreed upon without one issue. That was just the sales portion of the process - the pickup of the truck was just as good -- Kace along with the finance person Vito provided top of the line service where all of my paperwork was already prepared, organized, 100 percent accurate and clear. I couldn't have gotten in and out any faster if I tried and they weren't rushing me. Everything was correct so there was no hold up of any kind. This is how buying or leasing a car should be and I will continue to recommend Kace and now Vito going forward. More

After a draining day of comparison shopping, I walked into Security expecting much of the same song and dance of outrageous pricing and less that courteous salespersons. Boy was I wrong! NICK PENTALERI was AMAZING! He was friendly, smart, considerate, and really worked with us to achieve a price point that was reasonable and affordable. We never expected to complete an entire transaction in one day, but in approximately 4 hours, we walked out with a great trade in and a brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which is the most beautiful jeep ever! There is DMV on site, so our plates were transferred right away and while we were waiting, Nick gave us a gift certificate to enjoy lunch at the restaurant across the street which was a nice touch. Once the car was ready to go, they had a nice woman, Casey? (sorry not 100% sure) go over the features with us so we were comfortable driving away with new technology. We were also given a voucher for 30 days free carwashes locally. My family has had jeeps for 30+ years and have never received this kind of service. We will never go to another dealer again.
