There were all new people and that turned out to be a good thing. John Sciortino was so accommodating and so helpful. When I picked up the Jeep Sunday I was upset there was no Navigation. I called John he called me right back and by Monday morning I was in a different Jeep. The one I really wanted. John is smart, funny but most of all one amazing Sales Manager. In the future this is the only dealership I will deal with providing John is still there. More

My car was in the shop more than I had it almost every month sometimes two weeks at a time. very very dishonest. I was taking a year older car with no amenities that mine had - sunroof, auto start, navigation. $4,000 cheaper sticker price. Then they wanted me to pay $1,500 more for the same warranty that I purchased for $3,000! let me add I purchased this car for my daughter to drive to and from college. it was so unreliable and always in the shop that she was unable to take it to school at all this year. I walked in on Sunday to lease a Durango and drove the new car away Monday morning. They tailored the deal to the price I was looking for and made it very easy. Surprised I didn't buy here before.
