Service/Recall I had an issue with my ignition switch. I received a recall notice but Security could not schedule me until July 2nd. Well on Thursday June 25th (the I had an issue with my ignition switch. I received a recall notice but Security could not schedule me until July 2nd. Well on Thursday June 25th (the day of my daughter's High School graduation) the ignition just shut off and I could not start the car. I had it towed to Security and Craig (Service Manager) called to let me know he received my car. He even came in on his day off on Saturday to see how my car was coming along and called me to put me at ease. I was able to pick up on my Saturday afternoon at the showroom. Thank you so much for the quick response in taking care of this major problem. More

She didnt try to sale me extra services or items, extremely professional. While there, the salesman who sold me the car greeted me and asked the Service Rep what was wrong with the car, which shows that he cared and didnt change once I signed my name on the dotted line. I was pleased with the wait time as it was less than an hour and I was done. More
