"No Appointment" I brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and inspection (of course waiting for the last minute). When I pulled into the Express Lane I was told I brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and inspection (of course waiting for the last minute). When I pulled into the Express Lane I was told I needed an appointment for the inspection otherwise I would most likely have a "wait time" of 2 or so hours. I figured I had no choice other than chance getting pulled over for expired inspection. I asked if it would be less time if I didn't get the oil change and was told "yes". I went inside to wait and started reading a new book. I didn't even get to chapter 3 when I was told my car was ready. Couldn't believe it only took about 15-20 minutes. It was explained to me that since I didn't have the oil change they didn't need to use the lift and that was what would take the extra time. Well, I was one very pleased lady! I have been bringing my car to Security for a few years and I really never had a long wait time. It was so early when I left that I decided to go shopping! More
