I had to try other jeep dealerships on Long Island and this one is by far the most professional This is the very first jeep dealership that I visited. I had to try other jeep dealerships on Long Island and this one is by far the most professional. Alise was recommended to me by a close friend. When I went in asked for her she greater me with a great big smile and we spoke like we were already acquaintances. She then introduced me to salesman with a smile just as big. His name is Silas. Silas shook my hand and asked me what type of jeep I was looking for. He brought me to the area of the Jeep Wranglers (Willys style) and asked me if I wanted a test drive. From there I was sold. We went for a quick drive and then back to the dealership. We sat down and spoke about price. He worked down to a price I was happy with and from there I left a very happy and proud owner of a brand new Jeep. Thank you Alise and Silas for your professionalism and kindness. More

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! More

Worst Dealership in the Country Anthony is the Biggest CON MAN followed by Corey in sales and Raja in Finance. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and was promised the car would be Touched up and all missing pieces would be installed. Everything Corey promised to me was a lie, secondly Raja told me the car came with a 3 year warranty. No one explained that i had to pay $3,000 extra for my warranty. I took the car in to get touched up and they didn't even touch it up that well and when i asked for them to fix the shield under the front drivers side, they declined because i gave them a bad review the day before and now they don't even want to touch the car at all. I would never recommend this place even to the Devil himself. All promises that were made on the car were not fulfilled and they gave me a note saying that they do no honor verbal promises. They also passed the car inspection with 2 Bald Tires, Ripped Wiper Blades, Flickering Headlights, TPMS sensor light was on. Cory also told me that he was part owner of Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram SRT which was not true. I just filled out my VS-35 forms that is going to DMV and the Better Business Bureau will be contacting you. More
