Buying a car is never an easy process however i decided to once again go back to Security because they have always been part of the SOLUTION when other dealerships were part of the problem. The salesman Alex answered all my questions with knowledge regarding the new Jeep and he was followed up by John the sales manager who checked in with me to express his gratitude for bringing my business back to them. Its nice to go somewhere for a car and feel a sense that your business is truly appreciated. The finance manager coordinated all of the final details and contracts in a speedy fashion and gave me his business card in case i had any further questions or concerns at any time down the road. Excellent Experience I had the opportunity to purchase a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter on August 31, 2016 at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram SRT in Amityville, NY 11701 I had the opportunity to purchase a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter on August 31, 2016 at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram SRT in Amityville, NY 11701. I have to say the experience was awesome. Normally when you purchase a car its the long wait, plus being shuffled from one person to the next, that was NOT the case. Our salesman Silas Baskerville was kind, professional and knowledgeable about the cars which made our decision on which car to choose much easier. The finance Director Raja, made the final steps of purchasing the car great, he knew what he was doing, and he did not try to talk me into purchasing things I did not need. The atmosphere was great even down to the Managerial staff, Receptionist and even the Car Assistants outside that moved the cars. Overall we will be coming back as well as referring others to the Security Dodge in Amityville. We also will be back to purchase two more cars when our lease is up on my Durango and my Jeep Wrangler, we are definitely a Dodge/Jeep Family......... Thanks again Security Jean Price More
