VERY DISHONEST!! My car was in the shop more than I had it almost every month sometimes two weeks at a time. very very dishonest. I was taking a year older car with no amenities that mine had - sunroof, auto start, navigation. $4,000 cheaper sticker price. Then they wanted me to pay $1,500 more for the same warranty that I purchased for $3,000! let me add I purchased this car for my daughter to drive to and from college. it was so unreliable and always in the shop that she was unable to take it to school at all this year. More

The place to go I am 66 years old. Not new to auto purchases. This is the classiest dealership I have dealt with yet. You cannot sit in this place for more than 10 mi I am 66 years old. Not new to auto purchases. This is the classiest dealership I have dealt with yet. You cannot sit in this place for more than 10 minutes without someone asking if you are being taken care of. I walked in on Sunday to lease a Durango and drove the new car away Monday morning. They tailored the deal to the price I was looking for and made it very easy. Surprised I didn't buy here before. John LaFrancesca (sales manager) and Glen Behrens sales person were excellent. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. More

Great sales team! Service department needs work I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger SCAT Pack a couple of weeks ago. The sales and finance team are phenomenal. They made the process fast and very easy. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger SCAT Pack a couple of weeks ago. The sales and finance team are phenomenal. They made the process fast and very easy. That's the good news. Now for the bad news. I didn't notice when I took delivery, but about a week later that the driver's front door needed adjustment as it wasn't flush with the passenger door. I made an appointment and brought the car in for service. I asked the service advisor if I should bring it to their body shop for an adjustment. He told me they could do it in house. He was wrong. The technician who "worked" on my car made a terrible mess of things. I put "worked" in quotes because he obviously didn't know what he was doing. When I got the car back he said that "this was the best he could do". Not only was the door still not adjusted properly, but it was worse than when I brought it in. Then the service advisor wanted me to come back the following week so the body shop could look at it. I demanded to go to the body shop immediately. 10 minutes later, the door was fine. Long story short, don't let these guys do anything except mechanical repairs. I should have known better but I trusted the service advisor and even though this wasn't his fault either, he needs to take responsibility for his technician's work. Bottom line, technicians shouldn't attempt work they have no business doing in the first place. More
