He took his time to gain as much information from me to choose the car that would best fit me, for style and financially. He didn't make me feel pressured to make the purchase but rather completely sold the vehicle to me.. I couldn't walk away. This is my third car I've purchased, from three different dealerships, and Joe was be far my favorite salesman. I have to say the experience was awesome. Normally when you purchase a car its the long wait, plus being shuffled from one person to the next, that was NOT the case. Our salesman Silas Baskerville was kind, professional and knowledgeable about the cars which made our decision on which car to choose much easier. The finance Director Raja, made the final steps of purchasing the car great, he knew what he was doing, and he did not try to talk me into purchasing things I did not need. The atmosphere was great even down to the Managerial staff, Receptionist and even the Car Assistants outside that moved the cars. Overall we will be coming back as well as referring others to the Security Dodge in Amityville. When I went in asked for her she greater me with a great big smile and we spoke like we were already acquaintances. She then introduced me to salesman with a smile just as big. His name is Silas. Silas shook my hand and asked me what type of jeep I was looking for. He brought me to the area of the Jeep Wranglers (Willys style) and asked me if I wanted a test drive. From there I was sold. We went for a quick drive and then back to the dealership. We sat down and spoke about price. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! More
