The worst dealer service department EVER On July 26th I brought my 2008 Caliber to Security Dodge for replacement of a defective transmission. (I had purchased this transmission from Security On July 26th I brought my 2008 Caliber to Security Dodge for replacement of a defective transmission. (I had purchased this transmission from Security Dodge in June, so it was still under warranty.) Three months later and $1600.00 taken out of my pocket for unnecessary repairs due to not One but THREE misdiagnosis, I was returned a car with more problems than when I brought it in. October 13th I was FINALLY contacted and told the new transmission was installed. I picked up the car, and guess what?! The check engine light was on!!!! Now the car, mysteriously, needs a new ecm which will cost me another $ 1500.00!! This light was not on prior to my dropping it off for replacement of the transmission and it was in excellent running condition with the exception of the transmission (Remember, they've had the car since July 26th). This is the WORST service department in any dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't seem to know how to repair anything. They just seem to know how to take money out of the customer's pocket. I would NOT recommend this service dept.to anyone I know EVER!!!!!! It is terrible. More

Salesman Michael Abraharns came, introduced himself & we told him we were interested in a used T&C He said he had a nice 2014 in the lot right across the street. He got the key & lead us to the van. He opened it & explained some of the features & answered our question very thoroughly. I asked to drive it & he got plates & put them on & drove it to the lot exit for me. He sat in the back. I drove it around the block & was pleased . We went back inside & he carefully explained all the features, the pricing & guarantees.. He was very helpful. He got me an owners manual which was missing from the car. He also arranged for me to get a second key. He even called me at home to be sure the insurance card was faxed. He was a perfect salesman- not pushy, factual, helpful, courteous,, patient, helpful & followtd through on all his promises. He even called me at home after to sale to be sure all was well & that I got the 2 nd key. More

Saw a younger guy my age who was a salesman he noticed me looking at a Durango outside, he came over. I was happy cause he was my age I know he was going to be cool with me and not give me the typical 30 year car salesman lines. I told him what I wanted, my budget and everything, we went over many options for me. I wanted a little more than I could afford. He was very professional about me respectfully saying that I couldn't afford it. I HATE pushy salesman. Many buyers do. I'm going back by the end of the month to get into the Durango I want.
