Driving Out I was very pleased with Cameron and the rest of the Staff at Security DCJR, it's not everyday you can stop by with a car with an expiring lease to loo I was very pleased with Cameron and the rest of the Staff at Security DCJR, it's not everyday you can stop by with a car with an expiring lease to look for a new car and drive out with an awesome new car in the same day! These guys were totally open and gave me full disclosure about pricing and terms- no beating around the bush, no games or smoke and mirrors. It's been 15 years since I have leased a new car and Wilfred and Gabrielle made it a very pleasant experience. From the time you pull into the lot and there is an attendant to guide you to when you enter the showroom. There wasn't one staff member that passed me that didn't ask if I needed help. My experience with Anthony Aloisio and JJ-From Kimberly Eng I worked with Anthony Aloisio and he was great. He stayed late for me and worked with me even when I was crying. He was very helpful and personal with me and my fiance. When i texted him for information he texted me back right away, I didn't have to wait. There were a few glitches in the deal at first but then we were able to work it out. I bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee on Saturday 10/8/16 and i had a few problems already with my tires the next day. They were loosing air way too quickly and the tires looked worn around the rims. I had to go back to the dealership and see what was going on and i spoke with JJ and he was great too. He spoke to me like I like was family. He made me really comfortable and made sure I was taken care of right away. They fixed my tire and I didn't have to wait long and I was on my way. Great company, I'm very happy with my Jeep! More
