He answered all of my questions (and I asked a lot of questions!) and made sure that I understood all of my options. I told him exactly what I was looking for from the car model, year, and price to the financing terms and warranties and he got me exactly what I wanted! It was easy, and painless. I never felt pressured and even when I had a bump in the process with my insurance company, he made sure to stay with me every step of the way and helped to get everything worked out. He also called me the next day to follow up and make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I also enjoyed working with business manager Vito Ilardi in financing who was very efficient at getting my papers prepared and explaining all of the parts of my agreement and the additional options for warranties. He also made sure that I had the same financing terms that I had agreed upon with Mike, so there were no surprises.
