In my life I have purchased and leased many vehicles. This experience was superior to any I have had before. David was friendly, did not pressure me, and was a straight shooter. At one point in the process I received a phone call with some bad news. David could see I was rattled, and immediately asked if I wanted to come back another time. I ended up staying, and completing the deal. When I received a survey to comment on David's performance, I realized Chrysler send me the wrong survey. It was very important to me to give David the review he deserved, so I reached out to find out how to get it done.
