I felt that Mike always had my best interest at heart, and that he went above and beyond to make sure that I would be getting the car that I really wanted. After some touch and go with my flakey schedule, which Mike had no issue with at all and completely understood, I feel like I left with not only my new car, but someone who I can trust and rely on when it comes to my car. Damaged my NEW Promaster Van and wouldn't own up to it! I took my new Dodge Ram/ Roadtrek RV to SECURITY DODGE for warranty work . The right axle was defective and replaced. That's the good news. I took my new Dodge Ram/ Roadtrek RV to SECURITY DODGE for warranty work . The right axle was defective and replaced. That's the good news. Now the bad news. When the car was driven up for me to pick up, I discovered the 3 ft. exterior compartment door was hanging and jammed halfway open. Did they expect me to NOT notice this?On further inspection, it was evident that the aluminum brackets holding the door were bent and the plastic door was cracked. The van had to have been damaged while jacking/lift or bottoming out by one of their drivers. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor (Matt Morrison) and he turned the tables and accused me of bringing it in already damaged. Another person from service (Brandon) came out and they did a poor attempt to straighten the brackets while (attached to the vehicle), and applied double face tape so it would close and not fall open while driving. Brandon also stated "we're not paying for it". I had previously contacted Chrysler customer assistance in Michigan as several Chrysler dealerships had not properly diagnosed the axle problem. They called the service manager and then spoke with me telling me there was nothing Chrysler would do. I also left a message for the General Manager at Security Dodge and he did not return my call. Next it will be a discussion with the district manager. BOTTOM LINE: SHAME ON THE PEOPLE AT SECURITY DODGE! take pictures or do a walk around and have the service manager sign off before you leave your car or be prepared for a denial of responsibility. NO, I would NOT bring my vehicle to this dealership again! *** As of 2/20 no one from this dealership has called me after leaving additional messages for the service manager and the owner to call. I looks like I will have to take this to SMALL CLAIMS COURT! UPDATE: Mar 8 Bill Davolio agreed to cut a check for the damage estimate $ 1,350. April 3 NO CHECK . I e-mailed Bill Davolio and no response. April 7 Called Bill Davolio and he said he would look into it. April 28 Called Bill Davolio again and he said he would check with Chrysler. MAY 22 AFTER 4 MONTHS ! ****STILL NO CHECK FROM SECURITY DODGE! **** In addition Corporate Chrysler Customer Assistance promised to send a coupon for a free oil change due to my issues with Chrysler. NEVER received the coupon! LIP SERVICE all around! If I could rate this dealership and Chrysler with a ZERO I would. More

Awesome experience!! I was getting an oil change on my Jeep Liberty and decided to look around. Sales rep Mike Dirocco helped us and we decided that the Patriot was the wa I was getting an oil change on my Jeep Liberty and decided to look around. Sales rep Mike Dirocco helped us and we decided that the Patriot was the way to go. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and very friendly, we knew he was the right sales guy for us, not pushy at all. When we sat with the finance Department things didn't work out number wise. They tried but I had a budget that I needed to stay in. In the end we left. A few days later Mike called us again. This time he had a used car that he knew we would love! I was working so my husband went down. Unfortunately they couldn't find the car on the lot. Mike kept at it even after my husband left calling us that night to say they found the car. It was mixed in with the new cars. We agreed that Friday we would be back. We came down and Mike had the car ready for us. We test drove it and I knew this was the car for me. The only downside was it tool so long from that time to wrap up the deal. We were there for 5 hours. I'm so happy we got to work with Mike! We had an awesome experience and I look forward to sending friends and family to him in the future!! More

I was working with a spunky and and fun dealer, who assured me that they could get me into a car, and they actually did without nothing out pocket even with my credit not being the best, and that's an understatement; nevertheless, I left the lot with a brand new Dodge Challenger and I am extremely happy with the service and, above all, their commitment to keep their promise by honoring the promotion which initially brought me there in the first place. So then, I would recommend stopping into Security Dodge for your next vehicle, and I'm sure that you will not be disappointed. Johnny C. More
