Great Experience with Security Dodge I went to this dealership to purchase a CPO Town and Country vehicle. This was the fourth Dodge Chrysler dealership I dealt with on Long Island, spend I went to this dealership to purchase a CPO Town and Country vehicle. This was the fourth Dodge Chrysler dealership I dealt with on Long Island, spending about two weeks researching my car online and visiting Dodge dealerships. Of the four this one was certainly the best. This dealership has a large selection of vehicles. Their showroom and premises is kept extremely clean and is professionally operated. They have a big service center, which is also clean and has a well-kept look. Many people work here. There are people outside directing parking when you enter, tons of service techs, and salespeople to help you. My experience with everyone who worked there was generally positive. I also thought that their pricing was fair. For example, the asking price for the vehicles I looked at were in the fair price range based upon Kelly Blue Book. Upon final settlement, I paid no extra fees (destination charge, or charge to cover CPO certification). The final bill included the price of the vehicle, taxes (8.625%) and registration, inspection, and plate fees. Everything in terms of the pricing was transparent, and explained clearly. My salesman, Cameron Jaffy, was personable and easy going. He made the buying experience relatively stress-free. He was knowledgeable, and most importantly took his time showing me five different vehicles, three of which I test drove. I never felt rushed by him and never felt pressured to buy any particular car. He made the car buying experience very comfortable. I highly recommend him, and have no reservations about my experience with him. His boss, Mike Vigorito (used car sales manager) also took part in the deal and negotiations. He used higher pressure sales techniques in comparison to Cameron. But nothing unexpected. I came in to buy a vehicle for under 20K including taxes, and ended up spending about 3K over budget. I spent more than I originally intended, but in return got a much better vehicle. Mike essentially made me an offer that was difficult to refuse. All in all, this is a very good dealership – it may even be the best Doge dealership on Long Island. More
