New Pacifica I dealt with Katelynn over the phone and she helped to check the availability of the specific car I was interested in. This is not the closest dealers I dealt with Katelynn over the phone and she helped to check the availability of the specific car I was interested in. This is not the closest dealership to me, so it was extremely helpful to have Katelynn helping me over the phone before arriving at the dealership. Upon arriving, Katelynn introduced herself and then to the sales professional, Francine. Francine was extremely down to earth and very comfortable to work with. I was by myself with my two kids and she was very patient and accommodating with me. Most of all, she was able to get me the car I wanted that fell in my budget. When she delivered the car she even went as far as helping me to remove my car seats from my old car and helped to place them in the new car. I am very grateful to have worked with someone as caring as her. More
