Right from the opening handshake with David Garcia, his professionalism and integrity started to show. David listened to what I was looking for, and without any pressure or trying to steer me in any other directions, he got me exactly that. It was a factory build, and David explained to me right from the start, the timeline and everything else to expect. He kept in constant contact along what was supposed to be a couple of months wait, and was just as pleased only four weeks later when the vehicle landed, that I received a picture text from him of the factory sticker reading this vehicle was built especially for me. Enter Raja Jagtiani: David introduced me to, and left me with Raja to complete the financial paperwork involved, while he got my insurance company on the phone and completely took care of my new vehicle replacing the old. Raja took the time to explain every page of the paperwork in terms that are understandable before having me sign them. Again, there was zero pressure, and all choices for payment, maintenance or extended contracts were thoroughly gone through with courtesy and candor. Had one issue with minor body damage which wasn't noticed at the vehicles delivery, and was a factory, not the dealerships fault. Raja and David were all over it, even though the vehicle had left the lot and been brought back to show them. In 24 hours, the body was perfect. David and Raja have a pride and confidence in their work that absolutely lifts the car buying experience to a higher level and I strongly recommend dealing with these two professionals (in every sense of the word) when you visit Security Dodge..
