Many lies, tried sell other products and insulting a client! Said over the phone that they had the vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival was a different vehicle. Offered a trade in amount, then came back with a lower amount, I was referred to them by my bank's program and had already my loan approved by my bank, but instead the finance guy tried to sell me their financing, which totally conflict of interest with the agreement they signed with my bank. Because I wouldn't take their financing they said I could not take the car after waiting for 4 hours at this dealership. The manager JR said to get the fu.... out of there. My bank told me not to do business with this dealership, ever!!!. I certainly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership and go somewhere else where honesty decency is still in existence. They still call me to come back, but after the fare well words from their management, I prefer to drive the necessary miles to keep away from them. My neighbors also had the same experience driving North, East and West for a decent dealership. Jason Waters was the only decent person. More

Honesty and integrity are the most important part of buying a car and I feel they pride themselves on both. Hard to find at many other honest dealerships. I guess that's why they were so busy on a Tuesday morning. The only thing that could have been a little better was the cars cleanliness on delivery but by no means would I say it was dirty. Could just be my OCD. I do realize it is a used vehicle and imperfections are figured into the price. Car wasn't really vacuumed well and better exterior detailing could have been done. Not really a big deal as I would have done it myself regardless. More
