Terrible Customer Service I visited Security Dodge on a Saturday morning. When we first walked in, there were two people to greet us; but they seemed confused as to which one I visited Security Dodge on a Saturday morning. When we first walked in, there were two people to greet us; but they seemed confused as to which one of them was going to help us. We asked about the various Jeep models for lease and asked the lease price for each. We were told to have a seat and that he was going to be right back and bring over a manager to talk with us. We sat there for about 15 minutes and waiting for the sales manager to come over. He did not give us any pricing. Just an introduction and gave us a double-sided pamphlet to take home and read up on. Really???? I don't even remember the salesman or the Manager's name. We were so disappointed in the customer service we received. I asked to see a Jeep Laredo. I was told that there wasn't one on the entire lot to see. Then I asked for a book for the Jeep. I was told that they didn't have any and that we should go on-line to see the different models. What a colossal waste of time! Not one of them offered to look up some pricing on the computer. We left very disappointed; but that was soon to be erased by the folks at Sun GMC. Where we had a great experience and leased a new 2017 Terrain. Do not visit this dealer. So many people walking around the dealership doing nothing. More

Cameron was Honest Intelligent and was able to answer every question we had about the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He went above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for and succeeded to do so. There was not one time that we felt pressured by him all he wanted to do is make us happy and to get the deal we wanted. Any questions I had he was right there to answer. I highly recommend Cameron if you are looking to buy or lease a vehicle from this dealership. I would give him 10 stars if available. The only down fall to this whole process was our finance manage he was just horrible and I would never want to deal with him again. I'm not one to bash anyone but when sitting in his office and him just putting papers in front of you and just sign them with no explanation as to what i was signing it was very irritating. I asked a couple of questions as to what some of the paperwork was and it was a very brief explanation. I had to ask Cameron about the paperwork with all the money figures and at least he was able to explain and he is not a finance manager. Bottom line is that finance manager did not want to be bothered. I have been leasing cars since 2000 and bought before that have never come across a finance manage with no explanation to anything. More
