What an experience!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I was in the market for a new vehicle and since my last vehicle, a 2014 Ram 1500 pickup came from Security Dodge, in addition to all of my service his I was in the market for a new vehicle and since my last vehicle, a 2014 Ram 1500 pickup came from Security Dodge, in addition to all of my service history and maintenance dealings were at Security Dodge service, and I've always had pleasurable experiences from all aspects of this dealership, I decided to return this past Saturday and look around and I had my hopes up for a Grand Cherokee SRT. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by reception and then introduced to sales representative David Garcia. His patience and attention to detail is what made me grow to like David right away because I told him everything I was looking for in the Jeep SRT down to the gear shifter and being the overall cost of the Jeep SRT and what I'd be paying for it being it is a high performance car, he completely understood my logic. He and I took our time to walk throughout the lot and inspected several different Jeep SRT's in their inventory and test drove one as well (this one we test drove in ended up being the one I purchased actually). David's professional demeanor, his appearance, personable approach, attention to detail, knowledge of the vehicle, how he went beyond reproach to assist me this day and his patience with me being such a pain regarding all the minor details I was looking for really is what sold me the Jeep. In addition, by making me feel completely satisfied with the new vehicle, what they gave me for my old vehicle that I traded in and the dealership in general at the end of my time spent here on this past Saturday was superb. I finished up the purchase process with the finance manager Vito and this experience also was pleasant and expeditious and there was no hidden agendas at all in his office because at this point in the sale from past experiences at other dealerships is usually when you get beat up a little and coerced to take advantage of certain things and then in turn to cough up a bit more dough. NOT HERE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! So thank you for that!!! On another note, there is a very comfortable atmosphere here at Security whilst in the showroom area with the comfortable furniture, demeanor of ALL the employees and even the cleanliness of the facility in general. There's no pressure, no drama and nobody else asking repeatedly if they could help you and bothering you when they know xxxx well you're either just looking or already have a staff member assisting you.
