Mistake I figured I buy myself a new car for my birthday. So I went to this dealership and made it happen. One month later my engine blows so now there's a a I figured I buy myself a new car for my birthday. So I went to this dealership and made it happen. One month later my engine blows so now there's a a hole in my engine block. I'm stuck in a different state and this dealer would not help me. Now they are making me pay for a car I'm not even using. Within one month the car has broken down twice. I'm lost for words. This dealership will not answer my calls nor will they call me back when i leave messages. I cannot fathom how they are making me pay for a car that I will not be using for a month until they put in a new engine. Horrible experience More

Lost Keys Dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off Friday at 10:30. Went to pick it up on Saturday at 11:00am. Took 20 mins to find where the car was parked, then ano Dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off Friday at 10:30. Went to pick it up on Saturday at 11:00am. Took 20 mins to find where the car was parked, then another 25 for them to find the keys. After 25 mins I asked my wife to bring the backup set so I could leave. I called the service center twice, once at 1:30 asking for an update, in which there was none. Then again at 4:15, when I was told everyone had left. A common courtesy would be to call me and let me know that they had not been found. I bought the car from the same place less then 2 Weeks ago. You would be under the impression that service would be their top priority, but clearly the opposite More

Very Happy Consumer My 2nd ever lease went very smooth......price was right and delivery was prompt....Because I was turning in my Ford lease to Security I was nervous wi My 2nd ever lease went very smooth......price was right and delivery was prompt....Because I was turning in my Ford lease to Security I was nervous with having problems with the Ford dealership.I don't know why but I did. My turn in was in spotless condition with approx 12000 miles. Well wouldn't know that I received a bill for a gouge in my tire....which I know wasn't there.Being very upset I called David Garcia ,my salesman, and he told me to come in and he would take a look at the pictures showing the damage that a Ford sent me....to make a long story short David was compassionate and attentive to my problem....He would get Steve Cottage involved.....well lo and behold Steve, took the time to call(out of his busy day) several times ....speaking with several people regarding my problem. And he got it resolved.....nothing out of my pocket.....Was I Happy...Security Is definitely a dealership who employs people who care about the customer....Will Definitely recommend your business....already have told people about my experience....Thank you More
