5 weeks for an oil change The dealership had my car for 5 weeks and when I asked them to investigate why it kept stalling they decided it needed an oil change, after asking the The dealership had my car for 5 weeks and when I asked them to investigate why it kept stalling they decided it needed an oil change, after asking them not to change the oil, and to investigate further, I found out by going in to check on the car that they completed the oil change and did nothing else to investigate why my car was stalling. I wouldn’t even recommend security dodge to someone I didn’t like. Natalie when we spoke on 2/19 you promised me a call back on or before 2/21. I see that you have also replied here on 2/20. The fact that Bill was sexist and would not talk to myself as the customer but instead addressed my male friend I brought with me is ridiculous. This dealership does not respect women- even if they are the ones who purchased the car in the first place. So sad. If I could give zero stars I would. More
