Went in for ticking sound in engine and the told me it was my spark plugs (jeep says 100k) and it was 500. And they couldn't look at the ticking until I paid 500 for new plugs. Then they charged me 200 when I my spark plugs (jeep says 100k) and it was 500. And they couldn't look at the ticking until I paid 500 for new plugs. Then they charged me 200 when I have a max care warranty. I also found hoses left off my airbox they just changed the oil????? More

Very disappointed.. I had that at first until my alternator went 4 times in a matter of 3 weeks, I’ve lost countless days because of this car and now I’m having front end problems and between 4 mechanics and the repairs I still have this issue and none of them know why.. I’m backed up on car payments I’ve come close to having my car repoed several times because I’m paying more fixing this car then actually paying it off.. few months ago my father realized that I was charged $2,000 dollars from you guys for 60 days of warranty or 3000 miles which I was told was “on the house” after everything was signed so I don’t understand how that charge was slipped in there.. I received an email few weeks ago about your buy back deals, I came in and was told my car was in 2 accidents which were not my accidents I bought the car with them not knowing they are know going to effect me in the future and was told that there isn’t anything you guys can do.. I don’t have words anymore I had to ask for a lay-off because my car can’t handle going to the Hampton’s 6 days a week and now I don’t know what else to do with this car.. I can’t sell it, I can’t afford to fix it, you guys won’t work with me on a trade in or something I just feel as though I was scammed.. More
