Overall bad experience, these guys don't seem to care about customers at all - very slow process, wasted 6 hours of my time. If you see an advertised lease make sure you add $4,000+ and at least $150 about customers at all - very slow process, wasted 6 hours of my time. Alise was phenomenal! !! Walked in on a busy Saturday and got lucky enough that she had some availability between appointments to show me some vehicles. She was very patien !! She even helped me price out 2 different trim levels and worked with me on price so I could get in the higher trim level I wanted. From sales to service security Dodge was the worst experience. My salesman lied to me about a major feature of my truck. I found out my truck didn’t have air ride suspension after the sale was complet experience. My salesman lied to me about a major feature of my truck. I found out my truck didn’t have air ride suspension after the sale was complete and I was stuck with it. Since the truck had scratches and damage to the seat when I bought it, they promised to fix both within six months. The first time I attempted to bring it it to get fixed, their disorganized service team did an oil change but nothing else. The second time they finally fixed the seat, but the scratches were completely ignored. I canceled clients to pick up my truck when they told me it was finished only to find out two days later the paint guy had not even looked at it. When I finally picked it up, I found that the scratches they were supposed to repair were not fixed. Buy a car here at your own risk. More

Very concerned about their finance department. Every time I bought a vehicle, they would run my credit and give me my monthly payments. Once it came time to picking up the vehicle and signing the Every time I bought a vehicle, they would run my credit and give me my monthly payments. Once it came time to picking up the vehicle and signing the paperwork mysteriously my credit score changes within a couple days and my payments are higher. Note this was on my last 4 cars I bought from Security. Unfortunately, they lost my business. This has not happened at other dealerships..........be careful about the bait and switch! More
