I brought my truck in to get a defective radio replaced which I was told would take 1 hour 30 min. I was the. Called 3 hours later to be told the new radio was defective and that my old radio could not be which I was told would take 1 hour 30 min. I was the. Called 3 hours later to be told the new radio was defective and that my old radio could not be put back in because the dealership would lose out 1000 dollars. I proceeded to tell them I am not leaving without a radio in my car and the manager said ok fine we’ll just take the 1000 dollar hit then. So another new radio has to be ordered in which I have to wait for to bring back in for service. Very unsatisfied with this experience. More

No sense of urgency, formality or no sense of treating customers like they are important. These people at security and xxxx BAGS they care only about the money not about making the customer experience a good one. We will never ever spend our money here again or refer anyone to the dealership. More
