I bought the Jeep in November, the day after I noticed some things the following morning. First I was told that they would be addressed the second week in January, when I called to make my appointment I some things the following morning. First I was told that they would be addressed the second week in January, when I called to make my appointment I was told I would have to wait until February 1st Diana was great on the service side but there are other things that have to be addressed. I thought that I would have gotten a call but I have not received one yet. Once my issues are addressed and rectified I will probably feel a little better with my Security experience. More

Alise made getting out of a lease and upgrading into a new one such an easy, enjoyable process. Normally when walking into a car dealership, i have to prepare myself to be firm and not be taken advantage new one such an easy, enjoyable process. At NO point did I feel like Alise or any of the staff at Security Dodge were trying to get one over on me. I shopped around prior to coming to Alise, and no one came even close to getting me where she got me. She always answered every question I had truthfully and knowledgeably, which made me feel extremely confident in my decision to lease through her.
