Unscheduled repair I had an ignition issue with my Volvo and had to have it towed to the dealership after they had closed for the day. Service Response Took my 2014 XC90 for small repair on tailgate part that had failed, New part was ordered, and I came in for the work to be done. After about 45 minutes I was informed apologetically that the part ordered was the wrong one. Went through the process a 2nd time and it was completed correctly. While not perfect or ideal solution, Secor admitted mistake and was professional in scheduling and processing the "fix". More

It was still under warranty and Eric Weiss and Nick Rose took a personal interest in making sure that my car was quickly repaired and I was on my way. I love this car, it is exactly what we were looking for, and I am very happy with how Secor handled my repair. Diane Gebhard was our sales person and she worked diligently with Arnold Eininger to find us just the right car. Stephen Plona graciously helped me set up the new Sirius radio system. Bob Doyle was supportive when the car needed to be repaired. The owners Charlie and Julia are very friendly. More
Sevice was not as professional as it should have been. I dropped the car off at 8:30am and was told 2 hours. At 1:30pm it still wasn't done. They changed spark plugs without checking us first and told us there were many issues wrong with my car that was in for a routine oil change. They claimed we didn't service the car in many years when we did service the car at another Volvo dealership. Secor didn't have the regular service people working at the service desk. It was very unorganized, people didn't know what was going on with our car. I was not satisfied with our service. Then they charged us for tire rotation when they told us we didn't need it. More
