Service was ok. It took longer than expected. Loaner car with Enterprise: I thought it would be no cost to me. Enterprise asked me if I wanted them to take care of the insurance. I said yes, but Loaner car with Enterprise: I thought it would be no cost to me. Enterprise asked me if I wanted them to take care of the insurance. I said yes, but I didn't realize the insurance would cost me $212. You need to tell your customers not to take their insurance. It costs twice as much as the rental!!! More

The best dealer experience ever! We brought the car there for a noisy AC compressor. Nick gave us an estimate and we made an appointment. While they were doing the job , the mechanic discovered that the timing belt was in bad shape. This would have ruined the engine if not discovered on time. Both jobs were completed right on schedule with no additional expenses.. very happy More

Secor service rocks!!!! Called to schedule service and got the date/time I requested, 8am. I got a cup of coffee in the lounge and used thee free wifi to catch up on my emails and the news. About 15 minutes early the service tech came by to tell me the car was ready! I was delighted and especially to notice they had washed the car. Great experience More
