Trying to find the right dealer, not yet when I got my car from this dealership it had a issue with the door. I was told it was a volvo quark. turns out right after the minimum dealer warre when I got my car from this dealership it had a issue with the door. I was told it was a volvo quark. turns out right after the minimum dealer warrenty expired all the electronics stopped working on the driver side. I complained and they had little sympathy, volvo had little sympathy. they gave me a quote to replace some super expensive part and gave me a discount. I did not do it because I did not want to spend the money. Looked it up and it seems to be a common problem with broken wires not the expensive repair. this was confirmed by another dealer, but I trusted them less. When I brought it in to have the repair finally done I got a call with good news and they just finished repairing it and not the expensive repair as all indications have given. Next I asked for a quote on just one nick that was starting to rust. they looked at the whole car and I still have no idea how to fix the one thing, not the whole car, now I have to call and figure that out. I asked to have the TPMS sensors looked at since they were showing warnings. I was told that they were plug and play and should work. I told them that they didn't and to look at them. nope nothing did not look at them no notes nothing, still don't work. not happy, with these guys, with volvo at all. More

Terrific customer service. We had a mechanical problem that was out of warranty, but Mitsubishi extended it due to the fact that it was a occurring in many of these models. The service rep at Secor informed us of the extension and took care of all the paperwork. The part was replaced immediately and with no charge. We are very happy customers! More

New tires, brake pads The previous time I've had work done, I was given a loaner from Volvo. When I made this appointment, I asked if I'd be provided with this again and to The previous time I've had work done, I was given a loaner from Volvo. When I made this appointment, I asked if I'd be provided with this again and told yes. I looked forward to this so I could see about a potential upgrade/purchase. When I got to secor, I was told enterprise would pick me up. We waited for enterprise and then had to wait at enterprise since they didn't have any available staff to assist. I had a doctors appointment to get to 30min from my original drop off time and was almost late since I was not aware of this extra process. The enterprise car stunk like cigarettes and did not appear to have been cleaned, but I had to get to my apt ASAP. Nick had waived the cost of the renter car for the 2 days, but a bit of a heads up would have been helpful. Also, I'm not sure if enterprise is the best renter near by-upon returning the car I had to wait again for 40 min since they had a customer swearing, yelling, and overtly dissatisfied with his experience since he was not informed on charges and thought he'd be overcharged; mean while the other worker was telling another lady she had thousands of dollars worth of damage in which the other worker looked within minutes to find this was an old claim. When finalizing my paperwork, they informed me that it looks like I drove 4500 miles (I drove a max of maybe 20?). Also, I spent about $70,000 for my SUV, why should I already need brakes at 20,000 miles? More
