The reason I’m surprise it because it was a notification and another dealer had recognize what to do but you are staff had to order parts and they addressed it differently and I have to go back for another visit. Secor has been exceptional to work with on maintenence, identifying the critical repairs and deferring those that can be to a later date. Have always found Eric Weiss the Operations Director and Nick Rose to be very reasonable. Nick in particular is one of the most even tempered service associates anywhere...and that’s not a job most people could survive more than a few days. Obviously Secor has good ownership and management. More

The windshield wiper fluid was not refilled which begs the question of what else might have been missed. The fuse that I'd requested be replaced when I had the car serviced last time (which was not done because I was told that it was likely not the cause of my center console power not working) was replaced this time and amazingly, it fixed the issue (female clientele might know a thing or 2). But then to only need a service once a year compared to the old days of every 4-6 months is really awesome! But then to have been able to but this 2016 XC-70 at 0% interest, and all these services are free is something that is truly extraordinary. It has felt like we won the lottery with every aspect of the Volvo, Secor sales, & service dealership. The cherry on top of everything I have already said is you also washed & vacuumed the car with services! WOW!!! We have told and shown our car to many hundreds of our friends & family how wonderful this experience has been! Thank you so much! More
