Amazingly helpful people work here I was in a really bad spot and my brakes failed getting off the ferry from Long Island whirl driving up to Maine for my vacation. The people here helped me and my now stranded dog into a rental on a Saturday afternoon and safely on our way to Maine while they kept my car and fixed it for my while I was away. 40,000 service I took my S60 in for the 40K maintenance and it was discovered that the brake pads needed to be replaced and wipers. They were done at no charge. Recall I have an XC60 that I THANKFULLY leased. It went in for a recall and a check to be sure all is working well!! It randomly slams on the breaks. I was I have an XC60 that I THANKFULLY leased. It went in for a recall and a check to be sure all is working well!! It randomly slams on the breaks. I was called and told at 13k miles it needs new tires and break pads. I explained how it randomly slams on the breaks they then decided to see if it needed updates and it magically needed them!!! I bought my first XC90 from them with a very pleasant outcome, this car has been a completely dissatisfying experience. I fear for the next owner as it will eventually cause an accident. The day to return this vehicle cannot come soon enough!!! More
