Horrible I checked in the night before My appointment to say I was coming in due to a snowstorm and no one indicated a problem. So I drove 1 1/2 hours in the snow and after waiting another 1/2 hour was told due to the weather my part didn’t arrive but it would be here this afternoon so I could leave the car and get a ride home. Exasperated I left with my car and received another phone call indicating the part was on back order. So 3 different stories and no service. In fact I do not believe they intended to repair my car that day. And except for the young man at the service desk no one there was courteous or professional. I will not return for service of any kind. More

Great Dealer I have been doing business with this dealer since 1997. I have bought three cars from them, one of them over the phone to be delivered to Westport, I have been doing business with this dealer since 1997. I also like the fact that they let me have only one service technician work on our cars. I highly recommend this dealer. They truly go above and beyond you normally find in car dealerships . More

First Maintenance with new volvo C40 When scheduling my service appt. (three weeks in advance), I stated I needed new windshield wipers, this was noted on my appointment. During the servi When scheduling my service appt. (three weeks in advance), I stated I needed new windshield wipers, this was noted on my appointment. During the service, I was told that there were no wipers for me, they had been sold the day before. This creates a great inconvenience, as I have to take off work to come back for a follow-up just to have wipers replaced. These wipers should have been put aside with my name on them when i made the appointment. Additionally, I had questions on the comfort zone heating. Thee is a bleed from the middle vents even when the zone is set to floor only. The service representative came to the car and looked at it, however he was very dismissive in his attitude towards me stating that this was just the way it is. My salesman, Steve, said he would check with the faculty rep regarding it. This is my first volvo after 15 years in BMW. I never had any service complaints with my BMW. This was overall a disappointing experience for my first service call at Secour. More
