I had to wait a month to get a date to bring my car in for servicing. I found Jannell to be abrupt and rude on the phone. Volvo was serviced as scheduled, the very next day my "check engine coolant light" came on. This is an inconvenience and less than optimal for a working professional to have to return to the shop for an "check engine coolant light" came on.
