When I have an issue like that or a scheduled maintenence I come back to the source-Secor Volvo. The staff is amazingly friendly, but more importantly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not once in my 40 years of buying cars at Secor have I had to return because a repair was not done to my satisfaction. My recommendation: Buy here and service here. You can't go wrong. More

Not sure yet still waiting for a call back on what was promised when I bought it by the sales woman. When I bought the vehicle it was a 2018 demo. We had noticed that the hood was chipped and Diane ordere promised when I bought it by the sales woman. When I bought the vehicle it was a 2018 demo. We had noticed that the hood was chipped and Diane ordered us touch up paint, I was told to return in a week. It was getting dark when we left so I didn’t notice that the inside door panel on the drivers side had pulls in the material. When I returned she went over some of the car’s electronics but the paint was not there yet. I showed her the door panel and she told me that would be taken care of when the paint came in. Unfortunately she is on furlough and the sales manager has told us there is no documentation in it. I am awaiting a phone call from him when Diane returns his inquiry. My husband is very upset because in the past with my old Volvo we had trouble with the service department. More
