I assume the seat belt recall repair and 30,000 mile routine service was completed to satisfaction (difficult to know because the car was running fine) and I appreciated that they washed it. My only complaint - they estimated the service would be completed in an hour and a half. The car wasn't ready until more than 4 hours later! More

I had the option to choose another dealership but I picked Secor solely based on my interaction with Julie over the phone. helpful, patient and kind.
