We have been going to secor for many years, never had issue, however, this last repair was a huge disappointment! It took 4 weeks and $4200!!!!! Not happy! Not friendly as it was in the past! More importantly, there was difficulty in finding a part to fix air bag malfunction, if a dealership as Secor works on Volvo can’t complete repair in a timely manner on my wallet was a joke!! I had to pay for a rental beyond their one week for payment!! The day I picked up my Volvo, and I find the messages of airbag needs service??!! I was so livid!!!! Not Happy!!!!! Also, They usually as a courtesy, wash and vacuum your car…Not done and never going back unless they can treat me as a faithful customer! More
Being a resent widow, the responsibility of car maintenance was totally new to me. I was anticipating a stressful day due to my ignorance. I soon found the opposite to be true, starting at the appointment time. Secor Volvo was very accommodating as to appointment time. From my arrival to the end of service, all issues were explained to me in a way I could understand. If the issues were outside of the scheduled maintenance, they were explained to me in detail, many times giving me options for repair. Julie Mei is their HR “Angel”, who made sure I knew exactly what was needed. The day that I was dreading turned out to be a day of learning, thanks to the Staff of Secor Volvo. They really do care about their customers. More

When my 3 week old XC90 with 600 miles on it left us stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went above and beyond - offering to bring a loaner car to me despite it being late in the evening. They turned the car around in a week, fully detailed it again, and even did door to door service. Great job Eric and Steve at Secor. More

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness and detail to my car after service. The inside of the vehicle was left dirty and we had to ask to have the car washed. Excellent service and communication! I was traveling from out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to mak out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to make a diagnosis and fix my problem. They also provided a rental car, and communicated clearly and frankly. Julie yielded my initial phone call and worked to get us in and secure a rental so we could still travel to his appointments. Both the service manager and tech introduced themselves and talked about the problem with me. Thank you for excellent service! More

Service writer Julia was friendly and professional. She was attentive and explained the changes from the previous Mitsubishi dealer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A floor salesman tur was attentive and explained the changes from the previous Mitsubishi dealer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A floor salesman turned on the TV and offered me to select the news I wanted to watch. Oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour. They also cleaned and washed the car following service. Very pleased. More
