I brought my 2011 Volvo in for the check engine light was on. I was charged $156 to hook up a scan tool and tell me the catalytic converter was bad. I asked "how did you determine this". So I asked "did you measure emissions? They tell me no. So I asked "how do you know an oxygen sensor didn't fail. Anyway I got charged $156 and they can't repair because the catalytic converter is not in stock and no idea when it will arrive from Sweden. Do not charge me if you can't fix it. I would like a refund. Poor customer experience. More
