Julie was fantastic! I was supposed to get a loaner vehicle but I couldn’t find my insurance card. I waited for my car to be serviced and it only took 45 minutes! It took 6 months (Mar. -Sept. 2024) for the part to arrive and service to be performed on the tailgate (that was manually operational only) on my XC60. And, I was not being kept up to date on the progress or success of obtaining the part either until I went to Secor service and complained. This is bad customer service and entirely too long to wait for any reason!! The tailgate does appear to be working now, at last. Since the work was only recently done, I cannot rate the quality of the work as yet. More
