We recently brought our V90 in for service at Secor. Everybody we worked with was courteous and efficient. The waiting area was great and we were in and out quickly. When I inquired about a loaner during service,was told no.When I drove out of the dealership,I noticed the steering wheel sticking out on the right side.Had to pull back into service lane to get it fixed. no.When I drove out of the dealership,I noticed the steering wheel sticking out on the right side.Had to pull back into service lane to get it fixed.Wouldn't recommend this dealership! I brought my car for a minor fender bender to Secor rather then my original dealership thinking it would be no different experience. It couldn't be further from the truth. Not only did I have to bring rather then my original dealership thinking it would be no different experience. It couldn't be further from the truth. Not only did I have to bring my car back 3 times for original bodywork. My car was sitting in your shop for around or over 5 months total all for work that were either improperly done such as having to repaint my hood because it was such a bad paint job to now the 3rd time to repair a new part that was put in incorrectly so I have yet to pick my car up having just received the call this morning letting me know once again that "my car is ready" for the 3rd time and again over 5 months without my car. My $500 deductible should have at minimum been picked up by Secor for the months of headaches and without my car. I will NEVER return to Secor unless when I pick my car up this time something else is not done correctly the first time. I've owned countless cars over past 37 years and can honestly say I've never had such an embarrassingly poor experience. This same car I brought in for that minor fender bender compared to 2 previous frontal collisions with 2 separate deer on highway. First one was over $19K in damages and 2nd deer caused over %9K in damages. In both cases my original dralers bodyshop had my car like new (the first accident (deer) with my car that was less then 24 hrs old when it happened and again my cars $19K in damages was repaired like new and returned to me in less then 1 month. There is absolutely no excuse besides being told the first 4 months my car sat in shop was due to parts. Yet in those 4 months had no excuse for the xxxx poor paint job that had to be redone for 2nd time in shop for over 1 additional month then again a 3rd time to fix a poorly installed air suspension pump they installed More
