Consistently good experience with both sales and service teams. Had an issue with 2023 XC40, when after an unsuccessful update the car did not start. The service team helped reaching out to Volvo customer teams. Had an issue with 2023 XC40, when after an unsuccessful update the car did not start. The service team helped reaching out to Volvo customer support that organized the tow truck to get the car to the service and the service team provided a loaner. They fixed the issue pretty fast. 1 day ago Terrible experience! Brought my car (a volvo C70) in to have the radio fixed-I was waiting for the car when informed they needed more time to diagnose the problem (this Brought my car (a volvo C70) in to have the radio fixed-I was waiting for the car when informed they needed more time to diagnose the problem (this was after waiting for about 5 hours) & that I would need to rent a car as they needed the entire day to complete the job. When they gave me back my car, the emergency brake was broken. I then rented a car for the day & informed the service manager that the emergency brake was not put back together correctly. They then determined the amplifier was the problem (after taking the interior of the car apart to check the wiring). I scheduled another time to bring the car in & wait for the repair. After a few hours they informed me it could not be completed that day & they would arrange for a loaner at no charge. The next day the informed me they needed to order a part so they could fix the emergency brake, which they did. I brought the car in on a Thursday & it took until the following Tuesday to get my car back. When I looked into the trunk to check it out it was filthy. So I mentioned my disappointment to the service manager who then became very upset & complained about how many hours it took to fix the emergency brake & that he wouldn’t fix it for free in the future. I reminded him it was his technician that broke it ! He was not pleased & told me he would charge me more in the future! Byron Speckmann More
