Did not mention you may not pay over phone then pick up vehicle after closing. It may get towed from bar next door because you can't get it from their secured lot and no offter to accommodate the customer vehicle after closing. Last summer I had my 1998 Corvette towed there so they could hook the positive lead to the battery. I purchased a new battery there with the thought I would install it myself. Given that I had lost the b could hook the positive lead to the battery. I purchased a new battery there with the thought I would install it myself. Given that I had lost the bolt down in the engine compartment and that the replacement bolt they sold me was for the negative lead I said heck. I will have the car towed in and they can also replace to lead to the starter while they were at it since it was looking in need. They charged me around $110.00 to hook the battery up (just the positive lead) and they didn't replace the lead as requested!! The gal at the counter said they had to run a "diagnostic". xxxx I diagnosed it for them! I won't ever go back and neither will my wife (she has a 2004 Corvette). We now have our Corvettes serviced elsewhere. More
I wish that I could rate this dealer with a negative rating. This was absolutley the WORST experience buying anything in my whole life. It was horrible... our "interest" that they promised us went up 7%, they had a problem with everything they promised us would be fixed (and tried to not complete the work order), EVERY single person we worked with was RUDE AS xxxx AND they Lie! I called to get the number for our financing company (wells fargo) and they told me that they do not talk to customers and they have no number they can give to me to. I googled wells fargo and they said that is not the case at all and said here is the number in case we get disconnected. I then found out that they hadnt received the paperwork yet. It was one thing after another... By the way, we wouldve just given the vehicle back, however had already put $300 in upgrades into it after we originally thought that the whole thing was already done and over with. SEAVIEW BUICK IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!! More
Absolutely atrocious customer service. It's not often that I complain, but these guys employ some of the most unpleasant people. They replaced my front axle boot seal just over a year ago, and I just had to have it repaired again! They are also exorbitantly overpriced and will charge you for virtually every diagonostic test. My service engine soon light came on after one of their checks, and when I asked them about it, they said their check didn't cover that, and that it would require a more extensive (and expensive!) check to find out what was wrong! I finally had the sense to visit Aamco down the street for a free diagnostic check. Their prices are much more reasonable, they guarantee their work for two years, and they will even install parts for free if it's an easy job. (Seaview Chevrolet wanted to charge me $55.00 to do the same installation). Seaview also charges much more for parts than car shops (e.g. O'Reilly's). I would definitely seek a 2nd opinion on their repair quotes! More

Okay I said if they fixed the problems with my car I would change my bad review.... So here it is, yes I would reccomend Seaview again because even though my car had some serious issues at first, and it would change my bad review.... So here it is, yes I would reccomend Seaview again because even though my car had some serious issues at first, and it seemed up in the air if they were going to fix it free of charge... but they are indeed fixing the problems, and they even gave my husband and I a loaner car while ours is in the shop! I went to this dealership a week ago looking for a GMC Terrain. Cathie (saleswoman) and Bronco (finance manager) couldn't have been more helpful getting my family in a new SUV. They answered all our quest Terrain. Cathie (saleswoman) and Bronco (finance manager) couldn't have been more helpful getting my family in a new SUV. They answered all our questions intelligently, and bent over backwards getting us at a pricepoint we were comfortable with. The dealership didn't have the exact paint color we wanted so they had it shipped over from another dealership, and in the meantime they took the car we had at the time and allowed us to drive one of their new vehicles with gas paid for one week! I would recommend you go to this dealership and talk with Cathie and Bronco, they'll do ya right. More
This is a follow up to my review yesterday. I had emailed the company with my issues and the owner immediately called me the next morning. He was very concerned that I had been pushed off by one of his service people and asked me to take the vehicle in first thing Monday. I had originally been told that I would be taken home by a courtesy shuttle by the first guy if I brought it in too but Chris is arranging a replacement car for me. I'm impressed that he cares enough about someone being unhappy with an experience at his shop - so much so that he took it all under his own wing and is taking care of everything. He is also going to reimburse me the $100 we spent on the battery. To follow up then - yes, you may get a car w/ issues but if you pursue and keep trying to get to the right person, they will always assist and make sure you're happy! More
