It was supposed to be a routine oil change/check up while I wait. We dropped the car off the night before (schedule conflicts) and by the end of the next day (appt was for 0900) they hadn't done the service. I wait. We dropped the car off the night before (schedule conflicts) and by the end of the next day (appt was for 0900) they hadn't done the service. When I talked to them, they said they might not get to it the next day either and asked if they could keep it the weekend or schedule another date. This appt was more than a month in waiting. So I told them neither was acceptable. They then committed to getting it done the next day and did. I know that they are having labor shortage issues, but then they need to address this with how they are scheduling - if you don't have the workers, don't schedule the appointments. And it used to be that when I went in, people greeted you and were really friendly. There were three people working at the service desk. One was on the phone. The other two were chatting with each other, Though they looked at me, and I was obviously there for service, they didn't even acknowledge me. When the third person was done with the phone, he asked what I needed. No where near the experience that it used to be there. Though again, maybe this is related to being shorthanded. But the two people not appearing to be doing anything isn't cool. More

Service reps get you taken care of quickly and professionally. The paperwork and reciepts are well organized for my records. I have been to other dealerships over the years and I feel I have to be more knowledgeable that the service rep so I can ensure I get the services my vehicle needs or I am not over sold. There is no issues at Seattle Mini. Dave, was professional. Both Anthony and Dave made steps to ensure the quoted price was as accurate as possible. More

Dani did a great job helping me get the work I wanted done taken care of in my high mileage Mini Cooper. Part prices are a bit high. This is specifically about advisor Danielle, most unfriendly, rude service and uncomfortable that I have to encounter. Very shame to see that with my beloved Mini and Seattle Mini having to deal with her. Since the time I bought my Mini from SeattleMini, no one else ever service this car for any type of service outside of awesome Seattle MINI, however if I ever have to face her again, I'd rather have to consider go to somewhere else to service my Mini! Sorry most uncomfortable that ever had in my life with a customer service scenario. More
